Kristen Muelhfeld is the owner of Ren Nail Studio, the only waterless, natural, oncology-certified nail salon in the Raleigh, NC area [to date].
Kristen’s expertise in nail care started as a child, where she found joy in helping people feel relaxed & pampered. After earning her licensure, she started working at a nail salon in Minnesota that specialized in healthier nail care. This is when she became aware of the importance of nontoxic nail care and fell in love with the waterless method. After moving to NC, she could not find a waterless, nontoxic nail salon anywhere. Realizing the opportunity to fill a void, she took the plunge and opened her own salon, Ren Nail Studio, in Apex, NC.
