Marguerite’s passion for health & wellness started in her late teens when she started exploring what truly healthy eating meant. Over the years, that interest grew into a deep love for real, wholesome ingredients that nourish from the inside, out. While working in fashion PR, her passion expanded as she became aware of the hidden toxins in beauty and personal care products, which inspired her to launch an online clean beauty store focusing on safer, more conscious choices.
As she continues to deepen her knowledge of the holistic world, she felt compelled to transition into podcasting as the next chapter in fulfilling a soul-aligned purpose; to offer a non-judgmental platform where different perspectives are shared, empowering others to explore various approaches so they can make informed & confident choices for their well-being.

Karl is dedicated to finding balance in body, mind, spirit. He brings a grounded yet passionate energy to the podcast as he explores holistic wellness and natural living on a personal level. After spending much of his life unknowingly living with a severe autoimmune condition, becoming a husband and father sparked a deeper curiosity in him; one that led him to question the mainstream narratives around health, healing, and medicine.
Whether he’s in conversation with Marguerite or connecting with thought leaders in the wellness space, Karl openly shares reflections from his own healing journey and his ongoing pursuit of simply feeling good, both inside and out.
