MARGUERITE (00:00) Welcome back to Unapologetically Crunchy. I'm Marguerite. I'm Carl. It was great to be here. Just kidding. No, I've been a little bit under the weather ⁓ the last couple of days, so I'm on full protocol that Marguerite's me and starting to feel better, but excuse the voice. Yeah, we got some honey garlic down. Yep. Mollion tea. Mollion tea. Yeah. Which was really good actually. Yeah, it's good. Once you get used to tea, it's good. Yeah. But sometimes at first it can be like, it depends on what the flavor is, but it can be like a little bitter. Yeah. You gotta get used to all the natural flavors. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Well, look, we we were sitting there this morning and I was having my Moyan tea and we were having some strawberries and I got a question because I have seen news about Driscolls popping up. And Driscolls is one of those brands that I see at every grocery store. even like when I go to the Whole Foods and Sprouts, like you see organic Driscolls and I'm like, Okay, those are good. We've kind of slowed down on buying them recently, but can you explain a little bit about what's going on now? Because I really haven't caught up. Yeah, so it's been all over the news. I think it's actually in the mainstream news too. So Driscoll strawberries, Mama Vation sent some random packs of strawberries into a lab to get tested. And it can the conventional strawberries came back with twelve pesticides found, including PFAs, which are forever chemicals. And there was non detectant organic strawberries, so that's good news on that front at least. so a lot of people have like, my gosh, because that's a huge brand. It's not Yeah, they're everywhere. Yeah, and it's multiple farms I It's not just like one Driscoll strawberry farm. So it's been a little bit twelve pesticides, huh? Yeah, twelve. And you know, a lot of these pesticides are linked to cancer. So Do you know if like twelve pesticides, is that could that be in one spray or is that twelve unique different things that they're spraying on the plants? well I think it's twelve different pesticides. So I I don't know if they have twelve in one or what. Just curious. I have no idea. I'm not sure. But your schools has blueberries and stuff like that too, don't they? Yeah, they do, but this just strawberries was tested here, so I'm not really sure what's gonna happen from here. Okay. Dr. Craig Downs, which is so crazy because I actually came across him last week for the first time when I was researching reef sunscreen. He's really big into sunscreen and marine life. so he has a lab. He's an executive director of I don't know if I'm pronouncing this right. Hereticus Environmental Lab. ⁓ and his quote was fluorinated pesticides are a growing source of PFAS contamination in the environment and on and in our foods. These fluorinated pesticides also act like PFAS because they accumulate in our bodies over the long term. They're associated with cancer risks, reproduction diseases, developmental diseases in children, and cause immune suppression. It would be smart to try to completely avoid being exposed to them. So that's a pretty strong statement. Smart but difficult. I know well, especially with kids, because kids already kind of are like a little picky and they love berries. There's always those jokes. You know. Like we're gonna go broke from buying all the berries when you have little toddlers. Yeah. You buy a twelve dollar thing of Driscoll strawberries and they want to eat up in one afternoon. Yeah. Like two seconds. So, there are some things that we can do. Number one is if possible, buy organic. There's pesticides on organic, but it's they're different and safer pesticides. And it is legit because typically when organic well, this is a good example, when organic produce is tested, it usually does come back negative from glyphosate. And that's a really big one. There's many chemicals, but glyphosate, of course, a lot of people are familiar with that at this point. and then purchase from local farms during strawberry season. Ask your farmers what are their practices. And even better, if you have the capacity, I know this is not easy, but if you have the capacity, grow your own. Yeah. So I think it's cool too. A lot of the local farms, like it's fun to go and pick, but they also have the option to go pick up a bucket for whatever the cost is. So you don't have to go pick them yourself. Right. So if you're kind of in a hurry, you can at least just go and pick them up real quick. Yeah. And then I think A lot of people know this, a lot of people do this, but just in case, wash them with filtered water. baking soda works great for pesticides. it's been shown in research. two teaspoons to four cups of water, let it soak for five to ten minutes. Or vinegar also works. A half a cup of vinegar to a cup of water. just don't mix baking soda and vinegar together. Yeah. Because it triggers a chemical reaction that neutralizes both agents. So we don't want to do that. Yeah, and the vinegar doesn't change the taste anything. that. Yeah. Like it's all good. Yeah, I never taste vin we always use vinegar on our berries and I use baking soda on everything else and we never taste vinegar. No, it's always good. But it's cool. If you never did it with strawberries, try it because all that dirt and just crap all sinks and it's just it's really gross. I know. I don't know how else to say it's just disgusting. Remember because it comes out the ground. Yeah. And remember years ago when you were like, I don't have time, I'm not washing my berries. But I grew up with my mom doing that. So to me, I'm like, no, you have to wash them. And I started showing you the water and you were like, ew. I was like, this is why. Well, I always had it in my mind. It's like it just came out of the ground. Like if I was walking by, I would eat one too. But yeah, I guess no. Yeah. It's still a little dirty. that's a big thing going on right now. So, we checked Yes. So Seven Sundays is a cleaner brand of cereal. They also have like little cereal snackies. And they a lot of they're not organic, but a lot of their lines of cereal Are glyphosate free like the certification? But some of them aren't. I think like their sunflower cereals, the one we have some sunflower cereals in our pantry right now, and they do not have that certification. And those are the ones that there was glyphosate, tons of glyphosate found in testing, even more than Cheerios. So kind of a big deal. I'm sure they're probably scrambling there right now. Yeah, anyways, we'll see what happens from there. But the thing that I give them grace for is It is it's not okay that this is happening at all. These are again foods that children eat and it doesn't matter anyways, whether you're a child or adult, but just because children's bodies are still developing, it's even more important for them to not be, inundated with all these pesticides, especially at such a young age. But at least they have a lot of their products are certified. At least they're aware and they're trying to make something It's better. Yeah. It's better. They're being very transparent. They took accountability. So I give them grace for that. Yeah, I saw the post they put up and that was it's really cool to see them address it that quickly. Yeah. I would be fine buying from them again as long as they fixed this whole issue. Yeah. Which I'm sure that they will. So Okay, there's so many things with brands, and some are so deserved. But sometimes this is all new. You know, it sucks that this is even a thing. We should not even have to worry about any type of chemicals in our foods. It's like crazy. But toxic chemicals in our foods. think about it though, A lot of this information is just coming to the forefront. A lot of these studies are just kind of showing these results in recent years. So sometimes it's gonna take a little bit of time to kind of get it right. And I think like the bigger brands, they should know better. But the smaller brands that are trying to make a difference by coming out with healthier food, it's not gonna just be smooth sailing. So I do think it is important to hold brands accountable. But also in some situations, like have a little bit of grace, give some time, take a little bit of a break, let work out their quirks. And once they prove that this is not a problem anymore, then there we go. Right. That's just my opinion though. No, I'm with you 'cause those small brands like Seven Sundays, I mean they're they're on our side. They're doing what we want to see happen. Yeah. And just because there's, you know, like you said, there's I won't call it missteps, but you just gotta kinda grow into it and you're doing the best you can, doesn't mean it's time to go ahead and blacklist or cancel. Right. Right. They're still a really great brand. It seems like they're a really good company and food that we do want to have in our pantry. Yeah. So shout out to everyone who's out there actually looking and talking about this and, understanding this research and trying to vote with their dollars to move things into the better direction that we're all looking for. Exactly. Yeah. the awareness alone is just so exciting. Mm-hmm. so speaking of voting with our dollars, if you guys follow us on Instagram, you may have seen us posting about sunscreen Carl and my little skits that we're doing. We're trying to make it fun, right? Just share information in a fun way. Yes. No fear mongering. No fear mongering at all. And you can probably tell I'm a little bit more shy than Marguerite right now. But you're doing great. I'm working on it. Yeah. You're doing great. Trying open up a little bit. We got a lot of great information and I think a good mindset on this stuff and just wanna share it. Yeah. So If you guys missed it, check out our Instagram, it's funny. But also, just for like on a high level, basically what we were talking about is chemical sunscreen versus mineral sunscreen. So chemical sunscreen absorbs into your bloodstream. And it also is very harmful for marine life. Mineral sunscreen with non nano zinc, sits on top of the skin, it reflects UV off of your skin. And it's not even close to being as harmful for marine life. so that's kind of a no brainer. But like to me at least. Yeah. But the only downfall of non-inosync sunscreen, which I think can kind of push some people away, is that white cast. Yeah, it's there. If you use the appropriate amount, it's not bad. But definitely we saw that this weekend, right? We definitely saw that this weekend. My daughter walked out on the deck after you had put sunscreen on her and I was like, Whoa, she looks like a ghost. Okay, but granted. Okay, so I put sunscreen on her, I rubbed it in, she was okay. And then I walked, I was like, okay, I'll be right back. I had to go get something, came back, and I made a really big mistake by leaving the bottle of sunscreen with her. Yeah. With a three-year-old guys. Yeah, she definitely wants to try it herself, right? Yes. So she squeezed it out of the sunscreen on her and she looked like a little ghost. Yeah. That's cute though. But it works. It works. But I'd say if you if you do it right, just put a little bit on there, it's not that bad. It's nothing to make you feel self-conscious or anything like that. Listen, if it's better For my body and better for our oceans and marine life, that is worth it to me. Yeah. I don't want to have toxins flowing through my blood from sunscreen. And I don't want to ruin our earth. Right. That provides us with all these beautiful resources that we need. So it's just kind of a no-brainer to me. So there are a couple things that can help with the white cast. so how much white cast depends on a few things. the larger the particle size is, the more visible the white cast. So non-nanozinc particles are larger, so there's gonna be more white casts than a nano zinc and significantly more than chemical filters. So how much white cast depends on the concentration of the zinc oxide? The higher the SPF, the more zinc, the more white base formula. So tallow or oil based formulas, they blend better than water based. Skin tone. So obviously a white cast is going to be more visible on deeper skin tones. And the application technique. So a little goes a long way, blending well helps significantly. So I got a quick question. Is there a spray version of mineral sunscreen? So we definitely want to avoid aerosol sprays for sunscreen. But there is one. I can't remember the brand. I'll check it and post it on Instagram. But there is one that has a regular spray. so yeah, you can find them here and there, but it's usually just like the lotion. Yeah. Okay, cool. Yeah. So I mean, to go along with that, you're talking about aerosol, I'm not a fan. I just was curious, but after digging a little deeper and understanding the chemicals and the harm to the environment, which you could probably just assume but you never really think through it enough or you think it's not enough to make a difference. It's normalized. It's normalized. And you think, that's not a big deal, but then you look around there's a hundred other people doing the same thing at the pool and then you times that by a million pools across, you know, the country, whatever. ever since, kind of understanding that now when we do go somewhere, if we're outside sporting event or at the pool or something like that, and you I see people spraying it all over and it's going up in the air, lathering it all over themselves, it's like, okay, this is kind of gross. This is terrible. Like, I don't spray that where I can smell it and where it gets on me because I really don't want that on there. And they got we saw this at Target the other day too. There's a lot of options with different fragrances. Yeah. Like, why are we going there with sunscreen? Like we'll stop. Especially when we're in water. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. We don't need that. But that is that reminds me so this is so funny. So if you follow Paul Saland, you know you may have seen this, but he actually posted like within the last couple weeks how spray sunscreen is the new secondhand smoke. Yeah. That's funny. And it probably it could be true. That is so true. Because I was like, that is the most accurate example that you could even think of. Yeah. It's just it's a funny way to It's a funny analogy. Yeah, because people like when they're spraying all over, and this was me at one point too, guys. So like not judging here. This is just like what we all do. But when people are spraying it all over, you're breathing that in. If you're next to somebody at the beach or the pool or the wind, you know how that is. So, anyways, it made me think of different examples of secondhand smoke. Okay. Okay. So obviously the spray chemical sunscreen. Yep. when your neighbors are spraying Roundup on their yard or any type of chemicals on your yard, that's gonna affect you no matter what. Yeah. Texting and driving. That's the worst one. I mean, literally somebody almost swerves into me every single day and I look by with my little two little kids in the car. I look by and they're just on their phone. Like, what is wrong with us if we can't just take a drive without checking our phones? No, I agree. Presence is gone. It's insane how It's like, yeah, texting and driving. But when you really start paying attention and looking over at people, ninety percent of the time somebody is texting you're on your highway, whether you're in traffic, it does not matter. Yeah. It's I mean it's ridiculous. We we catch it a lot. Like we see somebody doing something, the car's moving or whatever, swerving. We're like, Okay, watch, I bet that person's texting. You pull up and sure enough they are. I just have been asking you for years, like, is it okay? I know when you have two little kids, is it okay if I get a bumper sticker that says get off your fucking phone? I think so. I think we should sell it. I wanted to get a sign and like a laminate it and then like every time we drive by somebody texting and driving, just hold it up. Get off your fucking phone. Well two, like, right. There can be an emergency, but I'm guaranteeing that like 99% of the time when you see people out there texting while they're driving, it is not something that has to be done. It's that second. It's not an emergency. And if you're dealing with an emergency while you're texting, you're also running the risk of causing another emergency. So let's think. The best one too is you I pull up next to somebody, I see them scrolling on Instagram or something. Like, my God, let's just take 10 minutes. It's crazy. Move away. Okay. Also. Air fresheners and candles in public places. Yeah. Toxic ones. Yes. And then this one is a little bit of a reach, but it's a thing, okay? When you walk outside to go take a walk in your neighborhood and you smell fabric softener through the dryer vents. Yeah. In our air. I know, I know. I don't know how bad that is for you. I'm sure it's not good, but it you can definitely smell it. It gets me every time. Thank you to the trees that clean our air for us. Yeah, seriously. Let's stop cutting them down. Yeah, seriously. Quite more, leave That's what our son always asked me. He's like, Mommy, why do people cut trees down? Yeah. Like, well, sometimes there's reasons, but yeah, people cut way more down than they should. Yeah, absolutely. Those are really good. I like those. Secondhand smoke. Those are the new secondhand smoking. And just on our last podcast, the registered dietitian Jim White said that sitting is a new secondhand smoke too. That's completely different than what we're talking about, but still. Being so sedentary is just horrible for you. Yes. I am guilty of that sometimes working. I don't get up enough to move. I know. Gotta do it. It's so important. Just get the blood flowing. Yep. Stretch a little bit. Yep. Yeah. The other one too, you'll see I think in some me content coming up, but we were doing our videos and they think there's one of me walking down the laundry detergent aisle. And that was a rough one, so Hopefully it's as funny as it seemed when we were there. We'll see. Yep. It is, but it's also true. And I think that anybody who's eliminated artificial fragrances from their life can totally relate. Yeah, definitely. Yeah. Okay, so what's next? How about we talk about how you always want to watch narcos and crime shows at bed? Yeah. All right. Monitoring the content you put into your brain before bed. I cannot watch any of that stuff anymore. Okay. I used to love narcos. I used to love watching all those shows because I know I've I'm like living under a rock, but I never knew about any of that that was that had happened. So when I first was introduced to it, I was just like Yeah. Well I like I do like those shows. At some point lately anyway, it's been kind of a joke. Yeah. Get in bed and like, hey, want to watch narcos? It's like, hell no, let's put on something better. No. Yeah, I gotcha. I I just never really thought too much about it. I just, you know, whatever, whatever I'm interested in, I want to put on before bed, but that's terrible for me. Yes, because it gets into your subconscious. And that's one thing. And I And it could raise your cortisol and just get you kind of going before sleep. Yeah. And the same goes for like crime dramas or documentaries, true crime. Even podcasts, like if you're listening to stuff, any violent news, doom scrolling, like end of the world is coming, like that's stressful. arguments on social media. Our subconscious processes that and rehearses it all night when we sleep. Yeah. That's funny, like last night I put on a a documentary, historical documentary, and they had a scene in there where they're showing like some bombing or whatever and the volume's super low. And You're you're s sleeping or half asleep and all I hear is mm-mm. I heard ya. Fast forward. Let's get to the let's get to the other stuff. Listen, your brain and your nervous system cannot distinguish the difference between what's real and what's happening and what you're like experiencing, like listening to imaginations. So I do not want my nervous system Or my brain thinking that I am running from some bombs when I'm sleeping. Yeah. That's my time to rest. That's why people like it, 'cause they feel they get in energetic or like they get that emotional response to it. And like, great. Any kind of movie. Happy, sad, scared. But it really is just your body responding like it's true life. Yeah. Like no freaking thank you. so it's neuroplasticity. And so things that we can replace it with at night, some ideas. If you're like, I do this, maybe I should kind of make a change. Here's some ideas if you're into it. So of course, gratitude journaling. So that programs the subconscious mind towards what is working. And then of course meditation or breath work, because that shifts us into our rest and digest. into those theta brain waves. and I love the Joe Dispensa meditations. What do you think? Do you like them? Because I had you do one with me. Yeah, I do. I think they're good. Yeah. I like them. it's specifically designed for that kind of window. and then of course affirmations so that's absorbed more deeply in the nighttime and in the morning. or calming music or nature sounds it supports parasympathetic transition. positive visualization. So your brain rehearses this too. So just imagining things like what you want to do like if you have a goal, if you're trying to, alter your reality with some positive goals, visualize yourself doing that or feeling that. and then reading something inspiring, reading a good book. or even like what I like to do too, which I love this, and I actually posted about this too. There was a lot of people that actually resonated with. especially like if you're scared of death. Well, I love and I'm not scared of death, and it probably is because of this. I just love watching NDEs. Yeah, you do. I mean, it is just like the consistencies across the board. It is so uplifting. It's interesting. Just open your mind a little bit and it's interesting. Yeah. Forget what you think you know and just listen to somebody else's experience and perspective. It's pr it's pretty cool. And there are people too of like all different religious beliefs and everything. But there are so many consistencies across the board, even with that. It's just fascinating. But also because it's so most of the experiences, not all, but like in the nineties, like ninety percent of them are very positive experiences. Yeah. So it's kind of uplifting. So if you want to listen to something uplifting or if you're curious or if you're deathly scared of death, like so many people are, it might be worth trying. What's the wildest one you've seen? my gosh, I've seen so many, so many. I mean it's just like them going to the other side. That's that's a loaded question. It is. Going to the other side and like seeing people they've known. Yes. Seeing their life. A lot, yes. A little bit of that. Well, you know what's wild to me, what I notice with them is we're here on earth and like I'm obsessed with you. I cannot live my life without you. I love you so much. Like you are just like We have to be together forever. We always joke like ever since we've been together, I'm like, we're dying notebook style, hand in hand at the same time. You have said that. And this is gonna be a clip on social media, please. Yeah. Keeping it. And now that we have kids, I'm like obsessed, obsessed, obsessed. But I guess it's just like a earth thing. So when you go to the other side, there's a lot of detachment. because you're okay and I I guess because you're okay and you know everybody's gonna be okay, the people that you love are just gonna be okay. But I've noticed that in quite a few of them where people are like, Yeah, it wasn't the same thing, which is very hard to take in like in our experiences now because we all care so deeply for people that we love. Yeah. So that's really interesting. I've got a really weird theory on that. What? Do you wanna hear it here? Yeah. So What do you think about the idea that, you know, everybody's energy? Like our souls are just energy. Everybody's around everybody all the time and whatever. And as we're here on earth, in like a body and everything, you know how everyone is different. Everyone looks different. Like no two people are exactly the same, which is crazy. Yeah. But do you ever consider that since we're all energy, when we're here on earth, like the way that we can see each other in this 3D or whatever, everyone has to be unique and different so that you can actually see them and experience this type of living, I guess, for a little while. But then obviously once the body's done, you go back to the energy collective, which is why maybe like at the point of death, you just you feel dissociated from the physical, but you're okay because you know everything's just energy and everybody's coming back. They're just spending some time in their skin suit for a little bit and experiencing what's going on here. Right, right. But everybody has to be uniquely different so that you can actually see them. Yeah, yeah. Or, you know, I think too, one thing I I noticed about the NDEs in what you're saying right here is I think a lot of it has to do with interpretation, just like your perception, which is different. Yeah. Interesting stuff. Very, very interesting. And it's interesting how you're I notice my dreams are very different when I fall asleep watching things like that. Yeah. I love it. So anyways We'll go down that road another day. I know some people are probably like, listen to these woo woo off. so last time, so our last episode we talked about how we were elevating our kids' mud kitchen. Yep. So that was really fun. So I do have a complaint, but let's keep going. What's a complaint? No, keep going. Okay. so yeah, that's been really fun. the kids are obsessed. And there's a couple things, like we still gotta add our stones. We're gonna paint like the little foods for them. But they are obsessed with it. So they love it. They absolutely love it. Both of They love making stuff and acting like they've got their own shop and restaurant. They had their gluten free kitchen, which they made for me, which I thought was adorable. It's so cute. And at the same time too, we've let watch Chop Junior, the show, and they absolutely love it. So they go out and pretend they're playing or on Chopped. Yep. Your son likes to be the host, Ted Allen. He'll make us stand in the front yard and do a couple of rounds of chopped. Yep. Which is great. What did he tell us to make yesterday? Rainbow cereal. ⁓ Dinosaur candy. Dinosaur candy and salad. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. He comes up with some crazy stuff and it's awesome. It's so awesome. I got him with the dinosaur candy because I found a piece of mulch and a little piece of chalk that they had left outside. So I drew dinosaur on it and he's like, Whoa shit, that's awesome. I got it. I think I still got chopped though. I won that round. Yes. The mud kitchen is awesome. I love it. It's so much fun. they gotta paint it though, which I think will make it really cool. Yes. My complaint is they throw stuff all over the yard and we have to go out and clean it up or make them clean it up and that's always fun. Yes. And also, well, this is actually kind of funny because, we don't spray our yards with any chemicals. And so we're having a lot of wasps wanna like make their homes at our house and Carl keeps having to knock them down with water. What which we're about to get a non-toxic spray on our house on the turf, shout out. Yeah. Next episode. so that's what I noticed is like some of the dried flowers are attracting some of these wasps or whatever bugs. Thankfully not like our honeybees or anything. and so what I think spend the easiest is having a bucket and just having them dump any of the water and all that crap in it and then we can just dump it in the back. Yeah. It's all nature stuff. It's all like dried herbs and There's stuff they find around the yard. Yeah. Pine cones. Half the sand from the sandbox. Yeah. So it's really fun. We'll post about that too this week. Super fun idea. Yes. And speaking of spraying in the yard, a lot of people are talking about ticks right now. So I was looking up some natural ways to repel them from our animals because last year we did find a tick on Stella. And so I found that rose geranium is a pretty good option. Now, just like with anything medical, you know, always have your vet approve this. this is not medical advice for pets. But just and from a general level, a 2013 lab study on geranium essential oils showed that over 90% repellency against certain tick species, such as the lone star tick in controlled environments. So I think it's a good option for dogs, but you definitely wanna make sure it's heavily diluted in like a safe carrier oil. I was about to ask how do you give it to It's you gotta dilute it. you could use like almond oil or coconut oil, maybe even water, I don't know, but run it by your vet. But they do they something take it orally or you put it on their neck? No, I think you can just like put it on their neck or something like that. Just like a little dab or two, like like the old fully intake medication you put on the back of their neck. Yep. Yeah. Gotcha. Yeah, I'm thinking about doing that for our dogs too because we have woods in the back. That sounds good. and you know what we're gonna do this week? And it's kind of fun. What? It's called Crunchy Crime of the Week. Alright. We're gonna talk about recycled polyester. Okay. Even when it's made, okay, this is plastic. I think it's greenwashing. I'm very against recycled polyester because we normalized wearing it and then just labeled it sustainable. But is it really sustainable? I don't know. Okay, so even when made from recycled bottles, And so when we're talking about clothes, because I'm really into non toxic clothes, even clothes that are made from recycled bottles, it's still a synthetic petroleum based fabric. And it doesn't biodegrade, and it still sheds microplastics. So this is not a sustainable option in my opinion. And so I just thought I'm gonna mention it and see what everybody else thinks. Cause sometimes we just think that this is normal. it kind of reminds me a little bit of regrettable substitution where they take out something that's concerning and replaces it with something that's just as concerning. So I don't know. I want to know you guys' thoughts. What do you think? And I'm not saying like, we can't ever have polyester, you know. If I'm like obsessed with an outfit or something and it's polyester, yeah, I'll get it once in a while. But a majority of our clothes and when we're buying new things, of horse like bedding and sheets and blankets. Always want to go for like natural fabric. Yeah. For us, just kind of like the sunscreen. For us, but also for our environment. So that's a crunchy crime of the week. This is not sustainable. It is greenwashing. All right. I love that little episode segment. Very cool. Crunchy crime of the week. Yes. So anyways, this was fun. You did great having a podcast episode recording when you're sick. Thank you. So happy. Great as well. thanks. Hopefully everyone enjoys it. Next week we are gonna be talking to you guys all about non toxic lawn care and pest control with a local company that we love called Carolina Turf. They are coming on and it's gonna be a really good episode. So stay tuned for that. It's a great company and great people. Yeah. Great conversation. Yeah. Wanna see way more of their trucks driving around this time of year than some of the others that are out there? Yes, exactly. I do not want to see the signs that I see on my neighbors' lawns like stay off this for two or three days, whatever, because it's not safe. Right. So cool. Anyways, have a great week. Catch you next week. Peace, love, and crunch.
